Terms of Service

Last updated: [date]

1. Who we are

These terms form a contract between you (or the company you act for) and [Company legal name] (“AuditBot AI”, “we”).

2. The service

AuditBot AI is an online software service with 30 tools that analyse financial text you submit, such as invoices, statements and payroll data. It produces findings and estimates. It does not connect to your bank or accounting systems.

3. Findings are estimates, not advice

The findings are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong or incomplete. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You must check every finding against your own records before acting on it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the results.

4. Accounts and access

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.

5. Subscriptions and plans

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a monthly number of audits: Starter (50), Growth (200) and Scale (1,000). Unused audits do not carry over to the next month. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

[Refund policy to be confirmed by counsel and aligned with the payment provider's terms.]

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the text you submit. You confirm you have the right to submit it, and that it does not include data you are not allowed to share. You are responsible for removing personal details you do not need. Our use of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, try to break into it, overload it, resell access without permission, or use it to break the law.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

[Liability cap and exclusions to be confirmed by counsel under applicable law.]

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will tell you before they take effect.

12. Governing law

[Governing law and courts to be confirmed by counsel.]

13. Contact

[Company legal name], [registered address], [contact email].
